Our shipping hub is based in Australia, and we primarily use Australia Post for reliable and efficient delivery. Tracking details will be sent via email or text. Need it faster? We also offer express shipping through Australia Post or DHL.

• Australia: 3-7 business days (Express: 2-5 days)
• New Zealand, Oceania & Asia: 5-11 business days (Express: 3-7 days)

While we do our best to meet these timeframes, actual delivery depends on your selected shipping method and external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
